Your Taxes for Carbon Credits

Research done here at Carbon Credit Warehouse has uncovered that the State of Oregon has been purchasing carbon credits without taxpayer approval. The story broke tonight on the Victoria Taft show on AM 860 KPAM in Portland, Oregon.

The over 5 million dollar company Oregon purchased its credits from claims they use the money from the sale of carbon credits to improve fish habitat and invest in green energy sources.

If the taxpayers of Oregon wanted to subsidize these programs one would think state government could have asked them directly. As it is, the entire affair appears like an illegal subsidy. And can anyone tell me exactly how fish habitat restoration offsets CO2?

But don’t think you are safe if you live outside of Oregon. Many states and cities are involved in the purchase of what JunkScience.com calls the carbon credit fraud, and what Taft refers to as buying air.

At least when you purchase a carbon credit from Carbon Credit Warehouse you get real carbon.
